Technical Artist - Software Enginner

FB_IMG_1577059497233.jpg

Hello, I am an associate technical artist at EA Tiburon! I currently work with the shared football team on both Madden and College Football. Our team of TAs work to support all the various teams and artists that make making these games possible.

Recently, I've been doing a lot of work with schematic-based programming in our game engine and in Houdini. I love Houdini's ability to create procedural content, and I'm particularly passionate about pursuits that combine art and programming, such as developing procedural tools, geometric modeling, non-photorealistic rendering, and generative art.

I graduated with my masters from the Visualization program at Texas A&M University in 2022 (Gig em!) and my undergraduate degree is in Compuational Media from Georgia Tech (What's the good word?). Previously I've worked primarily as a software developer, particularly as an android developer, in Unity, and in python and I've been able to harness those skills both as a teaching assistant in visual computing classes at A&M and in my daily work as a technical artist at EA.

I love all the puzzles and challenges that come with being both a technical artist and a software developer and my goal is to use these skills to continue to help artists tell stories and create experiences!
